At Milton Home Appliances, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges process to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.
1. Shipping Policy
a. Shipping Methods & Coverage
- We offer Standard Shipping across India, covering over 24,000 pin codes.
- All orders are processed and shipped via reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
b. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Shipment Type: Forward shipment or return.
- Pick-up & Delivery Locations: Based on pin codes.
- Package Weight & Dimensions: Larger or heavier packages may have higher shipping costs.
- Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid.
- Declared Value: The cost of the product affects insurance and handling charges.
- Shipping Distance & Mode of Transport: Affects fuel and logistics costs.
c. Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days depending on the destination.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or remote locations.
d. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Sunday is a non-processing day, so orders placed on Saturday after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on Monday.
e. Tracking Your Order
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once the order is shipped.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
a. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.
b. Return Window
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery at support@miltonhomeappliances.com.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
c. Return Process

Email us at support@miltonhomeappliances.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Proof of delivery (if available)
- Clear images of the damaged product
- Shipping label and invoice
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a return pickup.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
d. Return Shipping Costs
- We cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
- For any other return requests, return shipping is not covered.
e. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or damaged products (unless received in a defective condition).
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Custom or personalized items.
4. Restocking Fees
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returned defective items.
5. Exceptions & Additional Notes
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- No orders are processed on Sundays and public holidays.
