Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We offer Standard Shipping across India, covering over 24,000+ pin codes. All shipments are handled by reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST are processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once the order is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

What is the return process?

  • Include: Order ID, proof of delivery, clear product images, shipping label, and invoice
    After approval, a return pickup will be arranged, and upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is free if the product is defective or damaged.
